Angela's Feat at 24-Jul Dogs NSW DWD Comp
Angela Hagedorn, our instructor, became the first BDOC member to hold Dances with Dogs Starter titles at recent AM/PM Dances with Dogs Competition, held at Dogs NSW Canine Complex in Erskine Park, Sydney on 24 July.
She and her two Border Collies, Rosie and Pepper, performed six(!) routines, two Heelwork to Music (HTM) with Rosie, two routines each with Pepper and Rosie in Freestyle category and gained Qualifiers for all of them! As a result, she and Rosie earned HTM.S and DWDF.S, she and Pepper DWDF.S titles and will be competing in the Novice level in future comps.
Well done, Angela! Go to her Youtube Channel to view all her routines.

*Direction to Queanbeyan Show Grounds
If you have a GPS, enter "31 Glebe Ave, Queanbeyan NSW" and you will be navigated to the entrance. If the gate is locked, you may also take the entrance opposite of Isabella/Cooma Sts junction. Our training venue is the large metal pavilion most of the way to the Farrer Place/Canberra Ave side of the grounds. With the grandstand on your right, turn left to the long pavilion — entrance is at the far end of the long side facing the grandstand. On Google Map, it is the rectangle building on the left-hand side of a building numbered 19.
