BDOC is a not-for-profit organisation. Our fees are kept as low as possible and are used primarily for grounds maintenance and insurance.
Joining Fee $70.00 - One off-fee per household. On joining, new members are required to pay the Joining fee as well as a membership fee and class fee, e.g., $170 for first year to cover one year's attendance with one dog at obedience classes.
Membership fee $80.00 - Annual fee per household. There is no pro ratering of fees, however, membership end dates vary depending on when you sign up. There are no 'ground use only' fees, so a class fee must be paid along with the annual membership fee, e.g., $100 to cover one year membership and obedience training, or $115 to cover one year's membership and agility training.
Obedience fee $20.00 - Annual fee per dog, covers all obedience classes undertaken for the year. All levels of obedience class are held every term.
Flyball fee $25.00 - Annual fee per dog, covers all flyball classes undertaken for the year.
Agility fee $35.00 - Annual fee per dog, covers all agility classes undertaken for the year.
Please be aware that in the interests of all members and their canine companions, all dogs MUST BE IMMUNIZED to be eligible for use of the grounds.
Once you are a financial member, you can use the training grounds when they are not in use for Club training or other events.
Membership renewal is due on 1 July each year and MUST be paid by 31 July to avoid incurring the Joining Fee.
(NB: Instructors and Committee members, please use this form for renewal.)
Please note that fees will be refunded only in exceptional circumstances and admin charge may apply.
